Understand what IVS helps you prepare, who handles your documents, and who makes the final decision.

Intercontinental Visa Service (IVS) is a private passport-assistance brand operated by Entry LLC. It is not a government agency and does not issue passports. Government fees are separate.
    01 / Application support

    What IVS provides

Intercontinental Visa Service (IVS) is a private passport-assistance brand operated by Entry LLC. We provide guided application preparation, document and photo review, customer support and status coordination. Your order and applicable terms identify the company providing your purchased service.

IVS does not issue passports or make government decisions. Passport applications may require original documents, printed forms, ink signatures and an in-person visit, depending on the application type.

    02 / Optional document delivery

    Third-party courier services

IVS works with courier companies and is not itself a courier company. Where courier hand-delivery is offered for an eligible application, it is a separate logistical service. The customer authorization documents identify the legal entity performing that service and the passport agency involved.

Availability depends on the applicant’s eligibility, documented qualifying travel, provider availability and government acceptance. Hand-delivery is not available for every applicant or at all times.

Check the current U.S. Department of State’s registered courier list. A listing applies to the named courier and its registered agency arrangements; it does not establish IVS registration or government endorsement. Review your authorization documents to identify the provider handling your application.

    03 / Government authority

Who processes and issues your passport

The U.S. Department of State alone reviews, processes, approves, prints and issues U.S. passports. Courier hand-delivery does not provide faster Department of State processing than an eligible applicant could receive by applying personally at a passport agency.

Application approval, processing times and delivery by a particular date are never guaranteed. Required government steps still apply.

04 / Fees and your service

    Understand your charges and provider

IVS service fees cover application preparation, review and customer support. Shipping charges and required government fees are separate from the service fee. Depending on the service, government fees are paid directly to the issuing authority or collected separately for payment on your behalf. Optional courier charges, where available, are quoted before purchase. Review all charges, the provider and required authorization documents before choosing a service.

You can apply directly through the U.S. Department of State without purchasing IVS services. Government application forms are available free of charge; required government fees still apply.
